Content Rules

WHO'S #1? is a promotional surface, so we review what gets promoted. Profiles and linked destinations must be lawful and safe for a general internet audience.

Not allowed

• Impersonation, misleading identity claims or fake endorsements.
• Malware, credential theft, deceptive redirects or other malicious links.
• Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams or instructions primarily intended to facilitate wrongdoing.
• Sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors.
• Content that promotes unlawful violence, terrorist organizations or targeted hateful abuse.
• Intellectual-property infringement or use of logos, images or names without required rights.
• Payment manipulation, chargeback abuse, automated attacks or attempts to falsify leaderboard totals.
• Any content or business our payment processor does not permit us to support.

Moderation

We may request proof that you control a submitted creator identity or linked account. We may reject, suspend or remove a profile while reviewing a report or legal/payment concern.

Reports

Use the Report button on a creator page or email arking.negocios@gmail.com. Include the profile URL and a clear description of the issue.
