Information we collect

When you submit a profile, we collect the display name, handle, public link, short bio and contact email you provide. When a promotional purchase is completed, we receive transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status and limited customer details from our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to operate the leaderboard, process and reconcile payments, moderate profiles, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to support requests, maintain records, comply with law and improve the Service.

Public information

Approved creator name, handle, bio, public link, avatar (if provided), ranking and promotional totals are intentionally public. Contact emails are not displayed publicly.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure and payment processing, including Cloudflare, Supabase and PayPal when those services are enabled. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention

We retain transaction and moderation records as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance and dispute handling. Profile data is retained while the profile is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices and rights

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use the legal mechanisms available through our providers and applicable law.

The Service is not intended for persons who cannot legally enter into these Terms or purchase promotional services in their jurisdiction. We may remove accounts or purchases when legally required.
